GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The offer and sale of products through the website www.pieffejewelry.com are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer is required to read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The products offered are handmade using traditional techniques, so they may differ slightly from the images on the website. Production times: 1–4 weeks, depending on availability and the complexity of the product. Requests for customization (sizes, engravings, stones, etc.) must be communicated before purchase to verify feasibility. The images are for illustrative purposes only: the shades of metals or stones may vary depending on the device used. Placing an order implies acceptance of the specific characteristics indicated in each product description, as well as the shipping conditions.
PRICES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
All prices listed on the website www.pieffejewelry.com include VAT (22%) for shipments within the EU. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are calculated automatically before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, provided that the price applied will be the one indicated at the time of the order. For orders outside Italy, any customs duties, taxes, or fees will be charged to the customer. These amounts cannot be predicted or quantified in advance.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Each shipment includes:
- The product ordered;
- Accompanying invoice;
- Informational and promotional material, if applicable. The customer accepts the delivery conditions published on the website at the time of ordering. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections: it is the customer's responsibility to check with the relevant customs offices. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must check: - The integrity of the package; - The absence of signs of tampering, moisture, or damage; - That the contents correspond to the order. Any anomalies must be reported directly to the courier and communicated to info@pieffejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
After payment confirmation, production times are 1–4 weeks, plus shipping times. When the package is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery times are approximate and not binding. Delays of less than 40 days do not entitle the customer to refuse the goods or claim compensation. HOW TO PROCEED UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS In case of visible damage to the package or anomalies: - Note the problem on the transport document and have it countersigned by the courier;
- Refuse delivery, if necessary;
- Send notification to info@pieffejewelry.com within 7 days;
- Send a registered letter with return receipt to the courier as well, to the address indicated on the delivery note.
RESPONSIBILITY
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery. The seller is not liable for delays or disruptions due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, conflicts, etc.). Liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages only.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, all products sold are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity. This guarantee is valid for 24 months from delivery and covers any conformity defects existing at the time of sale.
The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery. In the event of a defect, the consumer is entitled, free of charge, to have the goods repaired or replaced; if this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Damage caused by misuse, impact, falls, or unauthorized modifications is excluded from the warranty. For assistance requests: info@pieffejewelry.com. Right of withdrawal. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to info@pieffejewelry.com.Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is valid only for products with manufacturing defects. Irregularities due to craftsmanship do not constitute defects. Returns must be made within 10 working days of notification of withdrawal, with costs borne by the customer. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods, if: The products and packaging are intact;
Accessories and documentation are included;
The products have not been used.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on www.pieffejewelry.com, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of Flavia Patanè and protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorization is prohibited.RETURN POLICY Return requests must be sent exclusively by email to: info@pieffejewelry.com. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and checked at the address that will be communicated by email. Shipping costs incurred for sending the order will not be refunded.
P/effe jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions indicated. In case of non-acceptance, the customer will be informed by email.
If the product received is damaged, defective, or opened, and this is attributable to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. Any return requests or complaints must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the package.
Refunds will only be made to the payment method used for the initial purchase, as a security measure against fraud. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will proceed with the refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, but it is generally between 3 and 5 business days. We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or wear and tear due to normal use over time.
